Position Overview:
Hope’s Place is seeking a compassionate, Christian Executive Director to lead our Pregnancy and Family Resource Center. The Executive Director will assist with the organization’s operations, including client services, fundraising, and community outreach.
The ideal candidate will be pro-life and have a strong commitment to supporting pregnant women and families, and the ability lead spiritually, to build and sustain staff leadership and effective community partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management:
Oversee and provide programs and services aimed at supporting pregnant women, new mothers, and families with resources, education, and emotional support. Data entry is also part of the job. - Fundraising:
Assist staff and board members with fundraising events and communicating with donors. - Community Relations:
Represent for Hope’s Place in the community accurately, in accordance with our vision statement, and in a Christ-like manner. - Communicate with healthcare providers, social service agencies, churches, and other community partners.
- Board Collaboration:
Work closely with the Board of Directors, attend the monthly board meetings, and give the monthly director’s report. - Staff & Volunteer Management:
Supervise, guide, and evaluate staff and volunteers. Foster a positive, productive, and collaborative work environment.

Hope’s Place offers a supportive and mission-driven work environment dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of mothers and families. This is a part-time afternoon position with frequent Saturday afternoon commitments.
